Here's what I do...


I take my 15-20 ounces of water and drop 2 packets of Stevia in it. If it's in my water bottle, I shake it up. If it's in a glass, I stir it. (Note: I usually drink out of water bottles.) And that's it. Nothing fancy. But it sure does work good. I get my sweet taste so I no longer miss lemonade or Mountain Dew. When you're ready to eat lunch, shake it up and drink. This combo will fill you up really good without many calories. Just make sure the soup and salads have just vegetables in them... although you can add a protein to them if you want.

3. Dinner... eat only lean meats and vegetables

You get protein and you get your vegetables. What more can you ask for. Each night you can switch up both the meat you use and the vegetables. The only thing I want to warn against is using potatoes since they're a very starchy carb that is bad for you.

2. Beef Jerky

This has a bit more calories, so be careful. But other than that, it's a good protein source as well. Take a few pieces and get to work chewing on them. They're tough... so it will require some effort.

3. Low calorie yogurts

I get the 33 cent ones from Wal-Mart that have only 80 calories in them. This is working out good. Again, another good protein source snacks. Although these have aspartame (not good) and a higher carb content, the protein helps to minimize any blood sugar spikes. So you're alright here.

4. Apples

Probably the best snack of all. You get 5 grams of fiber and a lot of nutrition. Obviously they fill you up. That has to do with the high water content... as well as the fiber. Eat 2 of these a day... but shoot for 3.

This totally beats flat surface walking when it comes to burning off a ton of fat. It's not even close. Once you do this once or twice, you'll see what I'm talking about. This is great while normal walking is pathetic. Normal walking is a complete waste of time. However, you can do this type of walking and get a lot of fat burning from just 20-25 minutes a day, 4 days a week.

I recommend you set a treadmill to an incline of 15 degrees or so. Since I don't know what type of treadmill you're using, just estimate the incline angle. It's not much. But that tiny bit does amazing things for the body. You can do this on a hill if you live in a hilly area... that's awesome, but then you might have weather related issues. Stick with the treadmill if you can.

2. Walk up and down stairs

You probably already do this everyday. Well, I want you to do this for 15 minutes NON-STOP. This makes a big difference when you do it all at once. Hopefully you have some stairs in your house... but an apartment building or condo building stairs also works.

You need to push yourself with running in short bursts of high intensity and then back off a bit and go at it with a lower intensity. You can do that with stair runs. If you have stairs in your home, do the following.

Run up them and then walk back down. Keep repeating this for a total of 5-15 minutes... depending on what kind of condition you're in. The running up the stairs is the high intensity while the walking down the stairs is the low intensity (active rest). There is no in-between... like jogging. Do this 3-5 days a week.

2. Do sprinting and walking intervals

This is simple. Outside on your sidewalk you can run hard for 10 seconds or so. Once you've done that, walk for the next 45 seconds. Keep repeating these high and low intensity efforts for 10 minutes. If you did these 2-3 times a week (less than 30 minutes a week total), you'll get some incredible fat burning. You'll see the results within 2 weeks also.
